Holds 12 Med Harvest Right trays.  Plastic Tray Holders cannot slide liquids in without spilling them; nor can you remove a tray from the middle, without lifting the entire stack apart.  2″ high spacing to match freeze dryer. Both Freezer & Oven safe.  Trays not included.
