These Post-It Pads are wonderful for keeping track of your batch times and future note taking.  Sticks perfectly to the the Harvest Right freeze dryer door (100 sheets/pad,  3″w x 3″d ).  It reminds you when your unit and pump started. That way you have an idea when it should stop. This is extremely helpful if you have multiple machines. It also acts to help gauge future batches; expected time, and if your machine is starting to take longer, which will alert you to a technical issue that is arising (leaks, freon loss, etc). EX: This many eggs, took this long 1 year ago.
