Pre-Freeze your food in your fridge to save time, money and wear on your machine. This rack allows for side tray entry for refrigerators with top freezers. Plastic Tray Holders ‘on the surface’ to be a cheap solution: however you cannot carry or slide liquids (like eggs) in without spilling them; nor can you remove a tray from the middle without lifting the entire stack apart. Moreover carrying multiple trays can be: unstable, very heavy and a drop hazard.

2″ high spacing to match freeze dryer.

This is a universal rack that;

Holds 5 Large, Medium or Small Harvest Right Trays or 10 Lg trays if your freezer is deep enough; as well as 3rd party half trays.
