Our rack systems are rock solid and optimized for pre-freezing food which saves time, money and wear on your machine. The open-air design promotes evaporation and faster freezing, compared to covered trays which trap moisture. The open-air design mirrors the efficiency seen in Harvest Right and other manufactures, by allowing cold air to circulate freely around each tray. You would never dream of covering your trays during the drying phase, the same is true for the freezing phase. Plastic tray covers and holders ‘on the surface’ appear to be a cheap solution: however you cannot cleanly carry or slide liquids like (eggs, milk or soups) during transport to the freezer. Individual trays allow you to access or inspect any tray without disturbing the others. Moreover carrying multiple trays can be: unstable, very heavy and a drop hazard. Logic through time has taught us the principle, never put all your eggs in one basket.

Holds 5 Large, Medium or Small Harvest Right Trays or 10 Lg trays if your freezer is deep enough; as well as 3rd party half trays.
Both Freezer & Oven safe.
