Design and create fully custom moulds tailored exactly to your needs.  Crafted from durable stainless steel, these dividers are naturally bacteria-resistant, 100% dishwasher-safe.  Eliminate concerns about microplastics leaching into your food.  Freezing and heating food in plastic can directly affect the size and fragmentation of microplastics, making them more likely to shed.  HDPE’s denser structure does make it more resistant than materials like polystyrene or polypropylene; but repeated thermal cycles (like those in freeze-drying) still cause micro-cracks and potential particle release over time.  No plastic is truly ‘zero-risk’ under these extreme temperature swings; stainless steel avoids the issue entirely, with no degradation or shedding. Unlike plastic snap dividers, stainless steel promotes faster heat conduction and even heating for quicker batch times.  Enjoy clean, professional edges with no messy dust from manual cutting.  The slots are spaced on 1-inch centers and our HD version on 1/2” centers, giving you virtually unlimited creative configurations for dividing and portioning your batches.  Each set includes a convenient carrying tube to keep your dividers organized and prevent loss.  Designed exclusively for the HarvestRight stainless steel trays.
