These are custom made professional grates for the Harvest Right trays. They allow you to layer more food with nearly 100% ventilation. These grates can also be flipped over to help prevent food from sticking to the trays; or for meats with a little fat, which will keep the meat elevated from directly sitting on fat-laden paper towels. Being translucent, you can precisely stagger the food, preventing thick vertical stacks.  Save time and money without: measuring, cutting, slotting or poking holes in one time use parchment paper (4 rolls buys a grate).  It is difficult to thoroughly wash FDA approved: floppy, small holed, bacteria prone plastic grids, that get permanently stained; both PVC and BPA vinyl screens.  However these bacteria resistant stainless steel grates are: elegant, very strong and will support your heaviest loads without buckling, dishwasher safe and one purchase will last generations.  Grates are sold singly, not in sets.  They are available in Large and Medium sizes for the Harvest Right embossed logo trays. The medium grates also fit both; the newer Harvest Right embossed logo trays, and the older non-logo, square cornered, medium trays.  One grate also makes the perfect backpack grill.
