Our universal Dust Cover is Ideal for keeping your Harvest Right Freeze Dryer (and other brands) clean between uses.  Made of a lightweight, yet very strong material. A zipper on the back rear corner and has plenty of material for quick covering and removal. Also allows you to store it with the door open.  Designed for the newer Freeze Dryers with the lower right side hose inlet; however it also fits older (blue screen / knob models), with the hose at the top, while still storing the door open. * A Medium Cover will fit loosely on a SmallÂ
This blue Funnel Adapter is just what you need for filling Mason jars and smaller mylar bags.
It perfectly fits on our 10 inch Blue Funnel (sold Separately); with a snug friction fit, which works well with our Funnel Rack. It reduces the output from 2.5 inch to 2 inch.

This bag filler is what many of you have asked for.  Hold your Harvest Right mylar bags open as you fill them.  Will accommodate bags from 3″ to 16″ high. A heavy 1″ thick base plate, will keep your bag upright no matter the food weight.  It also has smooth jaw clips that firmly hold the mylar bag without marring it. ‘Funnel Rack’, ‘Funnel’ & ‘Funnel Adapter’ sold separately in pull down menu. Â
This stainless steel Tray Trowel, is the perfect tool for spreading sauce-like foods. Designed to ensure uniform freeze drying.  It has two preset depth levels for making 3/8″ and 1/2″ layers. If pulled at a steep slope, your layer can be even thicker. It also has a handy hole for hanging.

The Ice Guard System has two elements and two functions.  The side rails keep ice from flowing over and touching the lower shelf of the rack; which helps regulate temperature. As of Oct 2019, the covers are now thinner. Version 2.0 was .035″, and version 3.0 are .016″ (thinner than a fingernail). Designed to fit the newer Harvest Right drums.Â

Custom built for the Harvest Right freeze drying process, our product proudly boasts worldwide sales. The Roller Berry is available in 2 models: ‘Standard’ with FDA Food Grade HDPE spacers & ‘Commercial’ with Stainless Steel spacers. Take pride knowing that each ‘Roller Berry’ is made by 5 workers, over 5 days and takes 20 separate steps; meticulously handmade right here in the USA. This is the ideal tool for piercing fresh: berries, grapes, tomatoes and other vegetables; for both freeze drying and dehydrating. No more tediously poking, cutting or smashing each berry. The long tapered blades easily pierce through fresh berries with speed; approximately 5 lbs in under 10 minutes, then once practiced up to 1 lb / minute~. There are 456 blades that are 3/4″ long, on 19 wheels that rotate independently; symmetrically spaced at 5mm specifically for blueberries. Designed for deep penetration of berries, but can also be used on many other foods, it will not work on frozen berries. Every single part is food grade, bacteria resistant for both the stainless steel and HDPE models which are also dishwasher safe. For best results use the ‘Roller Berry’ on any wooden surface; or our custom ‘Acacia Cutting Board‘ with the 2 rails and center channel, located in the pull down menu. The cutting board should be hand washed with warm soap & water. Do not forget the optional protective case (sold at our cost, no profit); it protects both the tool and little ones hands.

The Cable Cooler has 4 functions (no matter who manufactured your Freeze Dryer):
- Cools down hot wires both inside & outside your Freeze Dryer.
- It is an external ‘Relay Pump Controller’ for up to a 12 amp pump.
- Allows for multiple Freeze Dryers on 1 pump.
- Makes your Freeze Dryer, NEC Code Compliant: 12 amps MAX on a 15 amp circuit, or 16 amps MAX on a 20 amp circuit (for a runtime longer than 3 hours). Â
