These are custom made professional stainless steel grates for the Harvest Right trays. They allow you to layer more food with nearly 100% ventilation. These grates can also be flipped over to help prevent food from sticking to the trays; or for meats with a little fat, which will keep the meat elevated from directly sitting on fat-laden paper towels. Being translucent, you can precisely stagger the food, preventing thick vertical stacks. Grates are sold individually, not as a set. Choose between X-Large, Large & Medium. Â
Create your own custom moulds to your desires. With slots on 1 inch centers, there is almost no limit to the creative variations you can achieve. Made from stainless steel, bacteria resistant and dish washer safe. Silicone Pucks waste a lot of tray space, these maximize every square inch of your tray.

Custom built for the Harvest Right freeze drying process and handmade in the USA. This is the ideal tool for piercing fresh berries, for both freeze drying and dehydrating. No more tediously poking, cutting or smashing each berry.  The long tapered blades easily pierce through fresh berries with speed, approximately 5 lbs in under 10 minutes, then once practiced upto 1 lb / minute~. There are 456 blades that are 3/4″ long, on 19 wheels that rotate independently; symmetrically spaced at 5mm specifically for blueberries. Designed for deep penetration of berries, but can also be used on other foods like: grapes, green beans, etcetera. The Ice Guard System has two elements and two functions.  The side rails keep ice from flowing over and touching the lower shelf of the rack; which helps regulate temperature. Our universal Dust Cover is Ideal for keeping your Harvest Right Freeze Dryer clean between uses.  Made of a lightweight, yet very strong material. A zipper on the back rear corner and has plenty of material for quick covering and removal. Also allows you to store it with the door open.  Designed for the newer Freeze Dryers with the lower right side hose inlet; however it also fits older (blue screen / knob models), with the hose at the top, while still storing the door open.

These Tray Guides are designed to eliminate the tray from getting caught on the rear rack leg. This recurring irritation happened each time I slid a full tray into my Harvest Right Freeze Dryer. Thankfully not any more, a personal favorite, repeat smiles guaranteed. Works well with “Ice Guard” Rails, but not the Cover or Hose. Made from stainless steel with a brass knob (FD Sizes: Sm, Med, Lg, & XL). Â
Finally, a jar opener that uses the same turn key principle to open mason jars, as the vintage baby food jar openers from the 1950’s. Insert the tip of the “B” opener, between the glass ridge and the lid, slide it to the right until it stops, twist opener and the vacuum will be released. The “B” opener will not damage the flat lids so they can be reused to vacuum seal jars again. Designed for opening mason jars, it may also release the vacuum on other types of jars. Hangs perfectly on a nail or screw for instant access vs digging through a drawer. The large grip area allows for easy leverage, great for carpal tunnel, arthritic or large hands. This is a great addition to the kitchen, especially if you have challenges opening jars. This opener makes it extremely easy to open mason jars as well as some other lug lid jars.

Have you have ever tried to fill your pump’s oil, only to realize you cannot unscrew the filler cap with your bare fingers? Frustrated, you head for the pliers.  This also helps if the pump is hot.  A stuck cap can happen from dirt, galvanic corrosion of dissimilar metals and temperature inversions. Frozen Right is proud to offer this custom made oil cap that is a breeze to open.  Great for large or arthritic hands. HR Cap fits all the Red Plastic oil caps for “HR 7 CFM” units. The JB Cap fits all J.B. Ind. pumps & “6 CFM” pumps from the Harvest Right freeze dryer.

This dual wrench fits both the Harvest Right 7CFM pumps with the Red Cap. It also fits the HR & JB pumps fitted with the brass oil cap (above) “EZ-Open Oil Cap”, made by Frozen Right.  Even with a thumb tab, some folks have physical limitations loosening their caps. Great for carpal tunnel, arthritic or large hands. It will not mare up your cap like pliers do.

J.B. Splash Guard & Reed Valves
This is a Stainless Steel food grade Splash Guard replacement for the J.B. Industries vacuum pumps. Over time rust and corrosion from water and ammonia (that blue liquid) will eventually corrode the factory guard.  It includes the Stainless Steel bolts, for replacing the other internal ferrous bolts.
This is a Stainless Steel food grade Splash Guard replacement for the Harvest Right 7 CFM (green label) oil vacuum pump. Over time rust and corrosion from water and ammonia (that blue liquid) will eventually corrode the factory guard. Simply remove the front cover and pull out the old galvanized steel guard, then slip in this stainless steel guard. It does not require any mounting bolts, it is a friction fit.
These two adapters are invaluable if you ever forgot to empty your drain bucket, then opened your valve only to have water rush into your Harvest Right Freeze Dryer. Thus ruining the entire batch with no way to remove the contaminated water. Two ‘Y’s prevent 100% of accidental water intrusion. The angle keeps water in your hose during a defrost mode.

Does your 120 volt power cord get dangerously hot or show signs of melting? You Need a new Power Cord and a CABLE COOLER to prevent it from happening again. Periodical unplug the main cord on your Freeze Dryer and inspect the end of the cord for any melting (from some issue). Try this 6 foot heavy duty cable with 14 gauge wires, for high-demand power cable requirements. Choose this UL listed, CSA approved 14/3 SVT cord with industry-standard Edison and IEC 3-conductor molded connectors.
These Post-It Pads are wonderful for keeping track of your batch times and future note taking. Sticks perfectly to the the Harvest Right freeze dryer door (100 sheets/pad,  3″w x 3″d ). It reminds you when your unit and pump started. That way you have an idea when it should stop. This is extremely helpful if you have multiple machines. It also acts to help gauge future batches; expected time, and if your machine is starting to take longer, which will alert you to a technical issue that is arising (leaks, freon loss, etc). EX: This many eggs, took this long 1 year ago. Â
